Woman Arrested for Biting Customer’s Testicles Over 20 Pesewas

A 43-year-old woman, Esi Affumwaa, bit a customer’s testicles during a violent altercation in Assin Wurakese Camp, located in the Assin Fosu Municipality of the Central Region. The police arrested her after the incident.

The altercation occurred around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, leaving 36-year-old farmer Osman with serious injuries.

Osman said the dispute started when he bought a cigarette for GH₵1.20 from Affumwaa’s drinking spot. He initially paid GH₵1 and promised to settle the remaining 20 pesewas later.

The next day, he returned to buy another cigarette and clear his debt. He handed GH₵5 to Affumwaa, assuming she would deduct the amount owed.

However, when he tried to make another purchase later, Affumwaa demanded the 20 pesewas. This led to a heated argument.

Osman said the dispute quickly turned physical. He claimed Affumwaa struck his head with a stick, causing him to fall.

In a shocking Testicles Bite Incident, Affumwaa allegedly grabbed Osman and bit his testicles, causing severe pain. Witnesses rushed to separate them and alerted the police.

“She, with the help of her children, pounced on me, beating me mercilessly before biting my testicles,” Osman recounted.

He said he bled profusely and screamed for help until bystanders rushed him to the hospital.

The police arrived and took Affumwaa into custody, while Osman received urgent medical care.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic. Many expressed disbelief that a minor monetary dispute led to such violence.

The Assin Fosu District Police Commander, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Jacob Kumedzro, confirmed the incident. He stated that investigations were ongoing.

Meanwhile, doctors have discharged Osman from the hospital.

Police officials confirmed that Affumwaa remains in custody and will face assault charges. Authorities have urged the public to stay calm as investigations continue.

The bizarre incident has sparked discussions on conflict resolution and public safety. Many are calling for measures to prevent violent disputes over minor debts.
