Air India Crash: Sole Survivor Vishwash Ramesh Kumar Recovering After Tragic Incident

Vishwash Ramesh Kumar, the only survivor of the devastating Air India Flight 171 crash, is currently recovering in a trauma ward following the tragic accident that claimed 241 lives.

The flight, which took off from Ahmedabad on June 12, crashed shortly after departure. While the cause is still under investigation, Kumar’s miraculous survival has captured global attention.

Doctor Confirms No Internal Injuries

In a video report shared by journalist Neville Lazarus on TikTok via @skynews, updates were provided on Kumar’s medical condition. According to the doctor who first attended to him at the trauma ward, Kumar escaped with only minor injuries.

“He had a few scratches on his arms and was limping slightly, but he was mentally alert,” the doctor shared. “There were no internal injuries. We conducted a full set of scans, including MRI tests, and everything came back clear.”

Investigation Underway

Meanwhile, authorities in India have launched a full-scale investigation into the crash. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau is examining black box data and CCTV footage to determine the cause. The possibility of sabotage has not been ruled out.

As the nation mourns, Vishwash Ramesh Kumar stands as a lone beacon of survival in an otherwise heartbreaking tragedy — a reminder of both the fragility of life and the strength of the human spirit.
